We’re excited to invite you to Driftless CrossFit’s Bring a Friend Week, 4/25 - 5/2!


This is your chance to come try out our classes completely FREE, whether you're brand new to CrossFit or just looking to switch up your routine.


Whether you’ve never stepped foot in our gym or you’ve been a member in the past, we’d love to have you join us and check out all the new changes under our new ownership!

Class Schedule

Monday – Friday

Saturday

  • 9:00 AM


Bring a friend or come on your own, everyone is welcome! No CrossFit experience is needed, and all fitness levels are encouraged to join. Our coaches will guide you every step of the way.


Come to as many classes as you'd like throughout the week. Just sign the waiver, and you’re all set!

How to Join 

Sign the waiver before you arrive (recommended), then show up ready to move. That's it. Bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle

Memorial March: 5 Mile Walk / Run / Ruck

Start & finish at Driftless CrossFit

100% of Proceeds to Benefit The Vet Center of La Crosse

Join us for our Memorial March, a 5-mile walk, run, or ruck honoring those who have served. This community event supports The Vet Center of La Crosse, with 100% of proceeds donated to support local veterans and their families.


Registration is $30. Sign up by 5/11 to guarantee your event T-shirt.


A light meal and community gathering will take place at Driftless CrossFit following the march.

Memorial Day Murph 5/25

Please join us on Monday, 5/25, at 9 AM

The Murph is completed in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy.

  • 1 mile run
  • 100 pull ups
  • 200 push ups
  • 300 air squats
  • 1 mile run

*Partition the pull ups, push ups, and air squats as needed.

*Rx with a 20/14 lb vest
